Click on the photo below and learn about the groups which I am affiliated with. I plan to use these groups to expand my resources to seek leadership roles in higher education that correlates with my experience, education, skills, talents and interests.

I joined Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in May 1994 as a undergraduate student at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Being a part of this organization taught me how to be a team player and a leader. The reason I joined Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. was because they have a strong network in higher education and also in cooperate america. I am very proud to be a member of this fraternity and I will continue to honor the brotherhood, be a omega man and show loyalty and respect to my fellow brothers that bleed purple and gold.

I joined the ASEAC Committee in 2017. ASEAC stands for Associated Students of Eastern Arizona College. Within the ASEAC group I am the Black Student Union Club Advisor. My main responsibility is to provide leadership and development, implementation and assessment of a two-year student engagement with school functions.

I joined the Diversity and Inclusion Committee in 2017. As a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee,  I helped develop and conduct strategic plans for student affairs on campus, provide training for faculty members and faculty in-service. Also, I helped formulate the strategic goal for Eastern Arizona College campus.
